Delivery - UK/Europe
We offer a professional and quick delivery service with in-house packing and trusted global couriers in order to deliver your purchased items from Smith & British safely to your door. Delivery - International Shipping
With an international client base we are extremely experienced at organising shipping on your behalf. The couriers we recommend are professional, reliable and offer an insured and secure crating service. If you are based abroad and would like a quote please contact us via e-mail at info@smithanbritish.co.uk.
Online Returns
We do offer returns for all of our online products within 7 days of purchase, however all postage costs will be taken on by the customer. Please feel free to get in contact and view any of our pieces in our workshop before purchasing. All items must be returned undamaged within 7 days of purchase. We will refund 100% of the items sale value within 30 days. Refunds can only be made if the item supplied does not meet the description given on the website or if the item has previously unspecified damage to it.
Please inspect your purchase on arrival, in the event that your item is damaged please notify us immediately. However once an item has left our premises it becomes the ultimate responsibility of the shipping company to reimburse you for any damage caused.
If any item is sold with a discount over 10% we have the right to refuse any refund.
Stock Condition
The description given for each item shown on the site is for guidance only. Customers should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of such descriptions and that the item they are ordering is actually the item they require before placing an order. We take great care to ensure all of our descriptions are correct and that any damages or marks beyond normal wear and tear are stated in the description and it is priced accordingly. We do love our pieces to be individual and show their character and in many cases the wear of the product can add to its appeal. On the purchase of any electrical items further testing should be taken on by the customers electrical advisor.
